Can I share or transfer my account?

No. Each account is strictly personal and tied to a single device. Sharing credentials, selling, gifting, or transferring your account to anyone else is not permitted. Doing so is a direct violation of our Terms of Use and will result in a permanent, irreversible suspension of every account involved.

If you need to switch to a different computer, HWID reset your account through the settings menu in the dashboard.

Can I use the software on a public or shared computer?

No. Subscriptions are meant for use on your own personal machine only. Running the software on internet-café terminals, school labs, or any device you don't personally own is not allowed. Repeated HWID reset requests originating from different hardware profiles may be flagged as account sharing, which can lead to suspension.

Which operating systems are supported?

We officially support stable, Microsoft-supported releases of Windows 10 and Windows 11. You can check which builds are still receiving updates on Microsoft's official page.

Windows Insider Preview builds, custom ISOs, and other operating systems (macOS, Linux) are not supported and may not function correctly.

How quickly do I get access after purchasing?

Download access is granted as soon as you log in to your Hayabusa account. Payment processing times depend on how long staff may take to respond.

Is there a free trial?

We do not offer free trials, but we do offer free keys to content creators who promote Hayabusa and meet the requirements.
