User License Agreement

Introduction

Hayabusa (hereinafter "Hayabusa", "Provider", "we") publishes this User License Agreement to define the terms under which individuals may access and use Services offered through our website at hayabusa.lol (the "Site").

This document constitutes a binding agreement. By completing a purchase or otherwise obtaining access to any of our Services, you (the "User", "you") acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted every provision contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not proceed with purchasing or using our Services.

Definitions

• Agreement — this User License Agreement, including any future amendments published on the Site.
• User — any individual who accepts the terms of this Agreement and purchases or uses our Services.
• Acceptance — the act of agreeing to all terms set forth in this Agreement, confirmed by completing a purchase or using the Services.
• Service — access to software developed by Hayabusa, as described on the Site, along with related technical support.
• Software — programs created by Hayabusa and made available for purchase through the Site.
• Order — a request submitted by the User to purchase a specific Service, placed through our Discord server.

Grant of License

Upon Acceptance and completion of a valid Order, Hayabusa grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the Software for the duration of your active subscription. Ownership of the Software is not transferred — you are licensed to use it, not to own it. Each license is bound to a single user and a single device.

Restrictions

As a condition of this license, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, debug, dump, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or protection mechanisms of the Software.
• Share, sell, gift, lend, rent, sublicense, or transfer your account, license key, or credentials to any other person or platform.
• Use, test, or analyze the Software while involved, directly or indirectly, in the development or operation of anti-cheat or game-security systems.
• Use the Software, or your account, to carry out any suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise malicious activity, including attempts to bypass licensing, HWID, or anti-sharing controls.
• Redistribute, mirror, repackage, or publicly post any part of the Software or its downloads.

Violation of any restriction terminates this license automatically and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts without refund.

Orders & Payment

All Services are purchased exclusively through our Discord server by opening a support/purchase ticket. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no card or banking information is collected or processed on this Site. Payment is arranged manually with staff inside your ticket, and access is provisioned once payment is confirmed.

You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method or funds you use are legally yours. Attempts to charge back, reverse, or dispute a confirmed payment will result in immediate and permanent termination of access without refund.

Subscription, HWID & Devices

Each subscription is tied to a single hardware profile (HWID). Moving to a new device requires an HWID reset, which can be performed from the dashboard within the limits described in the Help section. Repeated resets across clearly different machines may be treated as evidence of account sharing and handled under Section 4.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Software and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Use is entirely at your own risk. Hayabusa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms or game publishers.

Termination

Hayabusa may suspend or terminate your license and access at its sole discretion for any violation of this Agreement, with no obligation to provide a refund. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement end immediately and you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
