License & Usage Restrictions

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our software and accept no liability for consequences arising from its use, including but not limited to account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms or game publishers.

Prohibited Conduct

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the state in which Hayabusa operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable U.S. law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the Hayabusa name, owned and operated by Hayabusa.
